Bedug Festival at Kemayoran Sub-district Level Held on May 17

Bedug Festival will be started on May 17, 2019 at Kemayoran Sub-district level, Central Jakarta. Eight urban villages in Kemayoran Sub-district deploy their representatives in a team to compete in playing beduk.

"In this competition, competent juries will assess the beat, decoration, costume, and performer's creations," stated Kemayoran Sub-district Secretary, Samsudin, Wednesday (5/8). 

He explained, the best beduk performers from those urban villages will be chosen to represent Kemayoran Sub-district in higher level, the city level.

"I hope all participants can perform optimally," he added.
